How long does a custom order take?

Standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—contact us to discuss your timeline.

What file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector files (AI, SVG, EPS). Files should be high-resolution (300 DPI minimum) for best results. If you don't have a design file, we can help create one based on your description.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No minimum order required! We're happy to create single custom pieces or bulk orders for teams, events, and businesses. Pricing may vary based on quantity and complexity.

Can I provide my own items for customization?

Yes! You can provide your own garments or accessories for customization. Please contact us first to confirm the item is suitable for your desired decoration method (embroidery, HTV, rhinestones, etc.).

What's your payment and refund policy?

We require 50% deposit to begin custom work, with the balance due before shipping. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins, but we'll work with you to ensure you're satisfied with the design before we start.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship to all 50 states. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size. Local pickup is also available if you're in our area.

What decoration methods do you offer?

We offer embroidery, rhinestone application, HTV (heat transfer vinyl), and DTF (direct-to-film) printing. Each method has unique characteristics—embroidery provides a premium textured look, rhinestones add sparkle, and HTV/DTF deliver vibrant, detailed designs.

How do I place a custom order?
